Devin Hester hasn’t been able to practice all week with a sprained left ankle that he suffered last Monday night against the Eagles.
Hester was held out of practice Thursday afternoon and today, but he is expected to play on Sunday versus NFC North rival Detroit.
He is said to be questionable. If he plays, he will likely be limited in his offensive snaps, while he focuses mainly on the return game.
Defensive end Julius Peppers wasn’t able to practice yesterday, but today he fully participated in practice. He is probable for Sunday and will likely wear some kind of brace on his knee during the game.
Safety Major Wright was limited in practice yesterday, but he fully participated in practice today. His ankle seems to be better, but expect the Bears to still use a three-man rotation at safety.
